Adam Nixon and Simon Melonas crossed paths during their time at Texas Tech University back in 2013. Fast forward to 2017, Tommy Harms encountered Adam while they were both employed at the City of Lubbock. It was here that Tommy also became acquainted with Simon. In 2021, Adam initiated an engineering venture, collaborating with Delta Land Surveying to establish Delta Engineering. In 2022, Simon joined forces with Adam at Delta Engineering. Then, in January 2024, Tommy replaced Adam at Delta Engineering due to an unexpected family crisis faced by Adam. Through their shared experiences and aligned aspirations, the trio recognized an opportunity to forge their own path in the engineering realm. Thus, in April 2024, Mountain Top Engineering emerged as a testament to their collective vision and determination.
